Fantastic delivery, nearly on the same day, but they arrived without bulbs, which are tough to find. They ought to include the bulbs with the light fixtures, at the very least.

I might've ordered the wrong color light by accident, or maybe they sent me the wrong one. I've reached out to the customer service email three times to see what can be done, like swapping it out or returning it and buying the right one, but I haven't heard back at all.

The ordering was simple and the cost was great, yet I still haven't received my light. I got an email saying my order was processed and shipped, but that was two weeks back, and I'm still waiting on my light.

The pendant light arrived on time and it really looks fantastic. I also got a quick and useful response to a question I had about the product. Just being a bit fussy, but the tracking details could use some improvement. One thing that’s not really their fault (unless they change delivery services) is that I saw the CouriersPlease guy drop the box with the light fitting on the street just to scan it. Other than that, I’d definitely shop online with Alpha Lighting again.

I got an LED that’s not the same as the one I confirmed in my order. I'm still waiting for a response from Alpha about why this happened.

I placed an order on their website, which claimed the lights I wanted were available. After about five days, I received an email stating that the item was out of stock and discontinued. They asked if I wanted a different light, but I simply replied that I wanted a refund. Three days later, I sent another email about my refund, but still no response. Two days after that, I called the company, and they told me someone would get back to me. Another two days passed with no call, so I called again, and they assured me it was marked as urgent. The next day, which happened to be a Tuesday, I got an email saying they had decided to process my refund, and it would be scheduled for the end of the week. Now it’s Sunday, and the money still hasn’t shown up in my account. They took my cash for a product they didn’t even have, held onto it for three weeks, and ignored my emails and calls. I really hope I see my money back tomorrow. This is just awful customer service, and I won’t be shopping with them again.

I found out my order was put on back order, which caused a bit of a wait. However, when I reached out to Alpha, Chris got back to me right away, was super sorry about the mix-up, and fixed everything quickly. I got my order in less than a day. I'm really pleased with the product's quality as well. Even with the little bump in the road, I'd totally shop with Alpha again, thanks to their awesome response! 👍🏻

Staying home to ensure I get my package is kinda annoying, especially when it doesn’t show up when they said it would. But hey, given the current situation, I get it—it’s reasonable and makes sense.

I bought a couple of lights, but sadly, one got damaged during shipping. They handled the issue super fast, and I received a full refund for the broken one in no time.
